Topaz provides factory-authorized service throughout New England—Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Our service fleet operates from our Hingham, MA facility, traveling to Boston, Providence, Hartford, Manchester, and all surrounding areas. Most Massachusetts service calls receive same-day response; regional locations typically receive next-business-day service.

 

We service all major wide-format printer brands. Our primary focus is HP equipment—DesignJet, PageWide, and LaserJet systems—as New England’s only HP Platinum Partner. We also provide factory-authorized service for Canon, Ricoh, KIP, Océ, and Xerox wide-format models. Call for availability on specific equipment outside our HP specialization.

 

Topaz maintains one of New England’s largest inventories of wide-format parts and consumables. Our Hingham facility stocks HP inks, toners, printheads, maintenance kits, and service parts for rapid response. Most items ship same-day throughout the region; Boston-area customers can arrange will-call pickup for immediate needs, eliminating multi-day delays from distant distribution centers.

 

For production-critical issues, our service fleet prioritizes same-day response in the Boston metropolitan area and surrounding Massachusetts locations. Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire locations typically receive next-business-day service. We carry common parts on our service vehicles to resolve most issues on the first visit, minimizing extended downtime.

 

Yes. Topaz manages delivery, installation, and setup of new wide-format equipment throughout New England. We also handle equipment relocations when your firm moves offices—including site preparation, network integration, and calibration to your specific media stocks. Installation scheduling accommodates your project deadlines.

 

We provide operator training covering daily operation, media management, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance procedures. Training depth is customized to your team’s technical background. Follow-up training is available as staff changes occur, ensuring consistent operation across your firm.
